RAWr!! RAWrachel here. I’m so happy to have you at my page and I’m excited to get to share my passion for life and raw food with you. It’s been a long journey and has taken me many recipes to find the diet that works for me, but I’m thrilled with what I have discovered and where I am now. I don’t consider myself or diet perfect, nor do I strive to be. I do, however, like to be happy and creating simple yet tasty dishes fuels that. No oven lovin’ from me!


Why Raw?

When I first stumbled upon the raw lifestyle I decided to do it based on the health benefits I had researched. Now, I choose to eat raw fruits and veggies purely for the pleasure it brings to my taste buds; the benefits it brings to me and my body are just a bonus. I have been completely raw for 6 years and have no intention to turn back. I am still in shock and awe after every meal. The tastes, textures, smells, and health benefits you can get from fruits and veggies alone never ceases to amaze me. I hope my excitement for pure food and simplicity will encourage you to eat more raw.
